    3 cups torn romaine lettuce
    1/2 pear, peeled and sliced
    2 Tbs. walnuts, toasted
    2 Tbs. Ken's Steak House lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette dressing
    2 Tbs. Crumbled Blue Cheese


Wash and tear romaine. Toast walnuts. Distribute ingredients on two salad plates in this order: lettuce, pear, dressing, walnuts and cheese. Top with cracked pepper if desired.
