    1/2 cup dry quinoa, thoroughly rinsed and drained
    1 cup almond milk or rice milk
    1/2 cup diced peaches or canned peaches
    2 tbsp. dried cranberries
    12 almonds - chopped
    2 Tbsp. agave syrup
    stevia and cinnamon - to taste


Combine quinoa and almond milk, peaches and craisins in a saucepan on high -bring to a boil. Cover, reduce to low and simmer for 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Top with almonds, agave and cinnamon & stevia to taste. Can be eaten warm or cold.

Serving Size: Makes 3 - 1/2 cup servings (approx.)
