    3 oz. cooked small-medium shrimp

    1.5 oz. Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Spaghetti

    1 tbsp. juice of one lemon wedge

    2 cloves of fresh garlic (pressed)

    1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil (or dry)

    1 tbsp. chopped fresh oregano (or dry)

    1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    2 tbsp chopped scallion

    1/4 cup of fresh sliced mushrooms


Start by heating olive oil in medium frying pan.

Meanwhile, boil water and cook spaghetti to desired tenderness.

Add mushrooms, sautee for about 2 minutes, add shrimp, sautee for 2 minutes longer, add garlic, scallions, lemon juice and seasonings and sautee for an additional 1 minute while stirring and scraping ingredients so as not to burn. Drain and rinse spaghetti and add to pan. Toss until coated with seasonings.

Immediately serve.
