Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 3 carrot (7-1/2") (remove)
    Parsnips, 3 parsnip (9" long) (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 2 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) (remove)
    Onions, raw, 6 small (remove)
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove)
    Celery, cooked, 2 stalks (remove)
    *Honey, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

place all the vegetables into slightly oiled baking tin add honey and toss then place in oven for 35 minutes turning occasionaly.
