Ingredients

    15 oz can of Black Beans
    Banana, 2 large (8" to 8-7/8" long)
    Almond flour, 1 cup
    Vanilla extract, imitation, alcohol, 1 tsp
    Ghirardelli Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips, 6 oz
    Ghirardelli Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate, 4 oz bar
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    4 TB PB2 Chocolate

Directions

Microwave chocolate squares at medium (50% power) for 1 1/2 minutes, stirring at 30-second intervals until melted. Stir until smooth.

In a food processor, blend black beans & sugar until smooth. Add bananas one at a time. Add PB2, vanilla, almond flour. Add melted chocolate. Fold in chocolate chips & stir with spoon.

Transfer into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until center is set. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares.
