Ingredients

    1.5 lbs red skin potatoes
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1 T butter
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp garlic salt

Tips

The timing of when you add the garlic will determine how strong its taste will be. Adding it later in the cooking process will produce a stronger flavor.


Directions

Wash and cut potatoes into cubes. Boil potatoes in covered pot for 20-25 minutes, or until soft. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Use potato masher (or a fork works well too) and mash to desired consistency.
