    1/4 cup All Whites egg whites
    2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Almond milk
    1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
    3/4 cup Panko Plain
    1 Tbsp. Whole Wheat Flour
    1/4 cup Flake Coconut (Sweetened)
    1 pound Chicken Breast Tenderloins
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning.


Mix egg whites, almond milk, and yogurt. Dip/soak the chicken tenders in the liquid. Mix Panko, flour, coconut, and seasonings in a plastic bag. Place chicken tenders in bag one at a time and make sure they are coated. Place tenders on a rack that has been placed on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees about 20 minutes till done. Can spray with a butter spray to help brown.
