    1 cup Whole Grain Quinoa
    2 cups no salt added vegetable stock
    1 Tbsp. Canola Oil
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup carrot, chopped
    1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
    1/2 cup Peas


Brown onion in oil, add carrots, cook till tender. Add vegetable stock and quinoa, bring to boil, turn heat down to a simmer, add peas. Cook till moisture is cooked out, take off heat to rest a few minutes.
