Ingredients

2 lbs.Velveta pastuerized processed cheese
2 kaskeys lowfat cream of mushroom soup
egg beaters 12 oz.
2 cups 1% milk
1 lb. Farmington mild pork sausage
24 oz. ground turkey
10 slices day old 100% whole wheat bread
2 cups carrots
3 celery ribs
10 cups zucchini diced
3 tbsps. garlic powder
3 tbsps. onion powder
thyme 2 tbsps
pepper 1 tbsp.
4oz. green onion
Tips
make sure you divide half of each mixture into casserole dishes because there will be two 13x9 by 2 inches high dishes. lots of 1 cup leftovers makes 18 servings
Directions
brown celery carrrots green onion in a tsp of vegetable oil
add turkey and sausage brown until no longer pink
add onion powder thyme and pepper and garlic powder to meat mixture
add 2 cans cream of mushroom soup condensed without water to meat
cut up day old bread into cubes add milk to separate bowl
separate bowl put zucchini and cheese cubes from velvetta mix add egg mixture into this.
place ingredients together into casserole dishes 2 13x9 casserole dishes
---cook covered for 30 minutes on 350 degrees. uncover and cook an additional 10 to 15 minutes so it will brown.
