Introduction

Still full of carbs and natural sugar, but it cuts out a whole cup of processed sugar, making it more reasonable. Very tasty! Still full of carbs and natural sugar, but it cuts out a whole cup of processed sugar, making it more reasonable. Very tasty!
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    2c Flour
    1tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    2 Eggs
    1 c sucralose (splenda)
    3 small bananas
    1/2 c margarine or butter
    2 tbsp cinnamon
    3 tbsp light yogurt

Tips

Make sure you don't overmix or it's not nice at all.


Directions

Mix dry ingredients, then set aside. Blend wet ingredients well (leave bananas chunky if you'd like), then add in dry and mix until just moist - overmixing makes it tough! Bake at 325 for an hour. Makes two smallish loaves or one large loaf.
