Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter, unsalted (1 stick)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips, semisweet
Directions
- Beat pureed bananas, eggs, sugar, butter, and vanilla until well blended
- Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt together
- Stir in chocolate chips
- Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix just until blended
- Spoon into greased muffin cups
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes
