    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    *Bell Pepper - Red, 4 oz
    Beans, black, 3 cans
    Chicken Broth, 2 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 large, chopped
    Garlic, 6 tsp
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Tomato Paste, 0.125 cup
    Chili powder, 4 tsp
    *Cumin (ground), 1 tsp
    *Dried Oregano, .5 tsp
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp

Directions

everything in to pot. heat to boiling; reduce to low. Cover; simmer 45-60 minutes.
