    1 Tbsp olive oil
    400 gram ground beef
    800 gram potatoes
    1 can tomatoes
    1000 gram leeks
    100 gram american cheese
    pepper curry


try using ground turkey instead of ground beef


heat oil in pan and brown beef with salt , pepper, curry and thyme. peel potatoes, slice and boil for 10 min. leeks chopped and boil in salt water for about 8 min.
heat oven to 325 degrees . grease casserole pan. add ground beef mix, then layer potatoes , then add potatoes, and season with salt and pepper to taste. then add leeks.add cheese on top and bake for 30 min.
