Ingredients

    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp Milk
    salt, pepper, garlic or any other spices, to taste
    butter or margarine, or cooking spray, to coat interior of mug
    Sprinkle of shredded cheese to top.

Directions

Spray or coat inside of mug with cooking spray or butter/margarine. Crack 2 eggs into cup, add 2 Tbsp. mild and whisk together with a fork until combined. Microwave 45 seconds, stir, microwave another 30-45 seconds until done. Top with salt, pepper, garlic and any other herbs/spices you like, and a sprinkle of cheese.
