Quick, easy pizza dough. Ready for toppings in as few as 10 minutes! Quick, easy pizza dough. Ready for toppings in as few as 10 minutes!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 (.25 oz) package dry yeast
    1 cup warm water
    2.5 cups all purpose flour
    1 tbsp olive oil


In the bottom of a large bowl, pour yeast into water and stir until dissolved. Add flour and mix until just combined. You should have a tight dough ball at this point. Brush with olive oil, cover with a towel, and allow it to rise for at least 10 minutes.

When the dough has risen, punch down and dump out onto a floured surface. Roll out to the desired shape/thickness. Top with your favorite toppings and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

A large pizza will cut into 8 slices. Smaller pizzas will be about 4 portions.

Serving Size: makes 1 large pizza, or 2 small personal pizzas
