    6 Tbsp. margarine, melted (can use light margarine)
    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (can use reduced fat margarine)
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1/2 cup cold water
    2 (8 oz.) Neufchatel cream cheese
    2 cups (1%) cottage cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1 (8 oz.) container reduced-fat non-dairy whipped topping
    1 1/2 tsps. vanilla
    1 can reduced sugar cherry pie filling


Spray bottom and sides of 9-inch springform pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt margarine and stir in graham cracker crumbs. Press crumb mixture firmly onto side and bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
Sprinkle gelatin over water
Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, sugar and vanilla to food processor or blender-process until well blended. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into prepared crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
Loosen cake from rim of pan. Remove side of pan from cake. Chill before serving. Serve with 1/3 cup chilled reduced cherry pie filling.
