    4 medium turnips
    2 tbsp fat free sour cream
    1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 tbsp butter


Peel and dice turnips. Boil until tender. Mash with rest of ingredients until consistency of mashed potatoes.

Makes 3 servings (approx 1/2 cup each)
