    1 pound ground beef
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 tbsp Chili powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    Shake Tabasco sauce
    Mrs. Dash

    4 Tbsp oil
    8 6" corn tortillas

    4 oz shredded cheddar cheese

    Reduced fat sour cream (4 tbsp in calculations)
    2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce


Brown ground beef, add onions and saute till clear. Add spices to taste. May add salsa to ground beef is desired.

Heat oil in heavy skillet, fry tortillas for 10 seconds on each side, shape in shell.

Fill with ground beef mixture and cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees till cheese melted.

Serve with sour cream, and salsa, and lettuce.

Serving Size: Makes 2 tacos
