    1.5 cups whole wheat flour
    .5 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    .5 tsp salt
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1.5 cups All-Bran bran buds
    1.5 cups buttermilk or low fat milk
    1 egg
    .5 cup canola oil
    .5 cup molasses
    .5 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup blueberries


Allow to cool, then wrap individually for frezing.


Stir together flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine bran buds with milk and let stand for about three minutes. Add egg, oil and molasses; stir to blend. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Gently stir in walnuts and blueberries. Portion evenly into muffin tins that have been sprayed with pan spray. Bake at 350 degrees, 15 minutes.
