Introduction

Not very healthy, but makes more than the noodle bowls from the store for the same amount of calories. Not very healthy, but makes more than the noodle bowls from the store for the same amount of calories.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 cups cabbage, shredded (can use coleslaw mix)
    1/4 cup Celery, sliced
    1/4 cup carrots, sliced
    1 package of ramen noodles without spice pack
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
    1 tablespoon beef bouillon
    Sesame seeds to sprinkle on top

Directions

In a glass bowl, place ramen noodles and cover with water. Microwave for about 5 minutes.

While noodles are cooking, chop cabbage, celery, and carrot.

Heat cast iron pan and add oil, turn heat to medium then add vegetables. Stir as needed to keep from burning.
After veggies have cooked for a minute or two, add teriyaki sauce and stir in.

Drain noodles and add bouillon them and mix well, then add to veggies.

Allow to cook for another minute while stirring in noodles.

Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and serve.

Serving Size: Half the recipe
