    1 block extra firm tofu
    1 cup panko
    1 Tbsp salt
    1/2Tbsp sriracha
    1 cup ketchup


Slice a block of tofu into thin "fry-like" slices then divide that slice into three more strips. In a bowl combines panko and salt. Dip the tofu into the panko mix. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until crispy light brown.
In a small bowl mix sriracha and ketchup together.
