    Green leaf lettuce, about 6-8 cups
    1/3 red onion, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
    1/3 cup craisins or dried cherries
    2 oz. goat cheese crumbles

    1 clove garlic, minced or crushed
    2 TBSP Extra Virgin olive oil
    2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
    1 TBSP lemon juce, fresh
    1 tsp Dijon mustard
    1/8 tsp salt
    ground black pepper, to taste
    1 to 2 dashes Worchestershire sauce


Assemble all salad ingredients.

Assemble dressing ingredients and combine well. i useually keep extra in a jar in refrigerator for up to a week.

Combine salad and dressing and enjoy.

Serving Size: 8 1-cup servings
