Saute onions and mushrooms in 1 tbs butter. When onion starts to become clear add zucchini and peppers. Stir the veg for 5 minuses then add to chicken or beef with any appropriate Patak cooking sauce.

Serving Size: Standard 4 person serving added to meat and sauce
