    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup
    Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    Vital Wheat Gluten, 0.5 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
    Vegetable Broth, .25 cup
    Lite Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    Lemon Juice, 1 wedge yields
    Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Sage, ground, .25 tsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 4 tbsp for cooking in the oven


Preheat oven to 375
Smash cooked chickpeas until there are no whole beans.
Add the rest of the ingredients and knead together until there are strings of gluten. Take a portion and flatten onto a greased cookie sheet. I got 5 patties. Brush EVOO onto both sides. Bake for 20 minutes then turn and bake for 10 more.
