Number of Servings: 2
Ingredients
-
2 Mahi Mahi Fillets (7 oz each)
1/4 c. Bread Crumbs (plain)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp ground Chiptole peppers
1 tsp Roasted minced Garlic
(other spices can be added too)
Tips
Standing by your oven while broiling is best, to be able to check the fish often.
Spices will help the fish not be so "fishy" too
Directions
Preheat Oven on Broil.
On a small plate, combine bread crumbs, garlic powder, and ground chiptole peppers and mix thoroughly. (You can add other spices here too!)
On defrosted Mahi Mahi fillets, sprinkle a little water to help the coating stick, and roll in the crumbs. Place on pan, then sprinkle with minced garlic.
You will broil these for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown crusting appears.
