    approx 400g baby Sweetbite Peppers
    8 tbsp Spinach & Artichoke Parmesan Dip
    1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend


Preheat oven to 450'
Cut open the peppers, clean out the veins/seeds.
Mix together the two cheeses & stuff into peppers.
Put on a cookie sheet or pizza pan, lined with aluminum.
Bake for 10 minutes. Broil for last 2, if desired.

Serving Size: Makes approx 4 servings of 3 peppers each
