    1 lb ground turkey
    2 Tbs ketchup
    1 Tbs mustard
    2 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbs flour
    3 oz Provolone cheese
    1 Pillsbury Crusty French Loaf, refrigerated dough


You can add onions or garlic or peppers or whatever you want to the meat mixture.


Brown turkey. Then add flour, ketchup and mustard and stir well. Roll out dough. Pour meat down the center of the dough then put cheese on top. Fold sides over and make sure they are sealed together. Put seem side down on cookie sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 for 20-25 min.
