    Egg white
    *Cacique Beef Chorizo
    *Chi-Chi's Chopped Green Chilies
    *Beans WF Black Beans Rinsed
    *Tomatoes, canned: Delmonte Petite Cut Diced
    *green pepper
    Mushrooms, canned
    *Fresh Garlic
    *Pace Salsa- Chunky Salsa
    yellow sweet corn, frozen


brown the chorizo add onions and bell peppers. cook until soft, drain black beans, mushrooms, corn and tomatoes. then rinse. add with the garlic and cumin. cook until hot and all water is gone. Pour into a 9x13 cake pan. pour egg whites over and bake at 350 for 30 min or until eggs are done. sprinkle cheese over the top leave in oven for 10 more min for cheese to melt. serve with the salsa
