    1/3 cup oil
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    3 bananas, mashed
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup lite sour cream
    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
In a large bowl, cream together oil, sugar and eggs. Stir in bananas, vanilla, and sour cream. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa; mix well. Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just mixed. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 45-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of a loaf comes out clean.
