    16 oz box of Whole Wheat Lasagne (no boil brand)
    2 Jars Healthy Choice pasta sauce
    1 Large container Non-fat cottage cheese
    1 cup chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms (optional)
    1 Serving Italian Turkey Sausage (optional, nutrition information does NOT include this item)


Spread 1/2 cup of sauce on bottom of casserole dish. Add layer of whole wheat noodles (uncooked) spread 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup cottage cheese over noodles. Layer part of the green pepper and fresh mushrooms. Then a layer of 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup sauce and sprinkle with 1/4th of the Kraft Free Mozzarella Cheese. Repeat 2 more times (don't add cheese to top layer at this time)
Cover with foil, bake at 350 for 50 minutes. Remove from oven, remove foil, add remainder of mozzarella cheese, leave uncovered and bake for additional 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted on top.
Optional: add cooked, sliced Italian Turkey Sausage to the layers on top of green pepper and mushroom. Adds more calories (approx 110 and fat 10 g per serving which is one link but adds extra flavor)
