Oatmeal Breakfast Bars On the Go Oatmeal Breakfast Bars On the Go
Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    3C Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain
    3/4C Walnuts
    1 med Granny smith apple
    Sesame seeds, 1 oz
    2 1/2C Milk, nonfat
    2 large Egg, fresh
    1/4 C Brown Sugar

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Mix dry ingredients.
3. Mix wet ingredients.
4. Pour wet into dry. Stir to combine.
5. Pour into a 99 baking dish either coated in cooking spray or lined with parchment.
6. Bake for 40 minutes.
7. Cut into 18 squares.
