    2 cod fillets

    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic
    1/2 teaspoon Mrs dash (any flavor)


Take two Aluminum Foil spray them canola oil. Put a fillet on each piece of foil than put 1 teaspoon olive oil on the cod. Put 1/4 cup peppers & onion on them.Than put 1/4 teaspoon Mrs Dash any flavor. Then close the foil up.
Bake it a 450 degree oven for 18 or 19 minutes
