Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup tomato paste
    1 cup water
    2 packages cream cheese
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 package shredded mozzerella cheese
    1 tbsp. oregano, parsley, thyme
    1 container small curd cottage cheese
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 cup onion
    2 lbs. hamburger

Directions

Brown onions and hamburger. Drain. Add tomato paste, sauce, spices and water until it looks like sloppy joes. Add cream cheese and cottage cheese and let simmer for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Make layers in a 13x9 inch pan of lasagna noodles, meat sauce, parmesan cheese, and shredded mozzerella. Recipe should make 3 layers. Cook in oven for 30 minutes or until cheese melts on top layer. Let cool for 10 minutes and then serve.
