This tart is high in calories per serveing mainly because of the nut crust. This tart is high in calories per serveing mainly because of the nut crust.
Number of Servings: 10


    15 oz Skim milk ricotta cheese
    1/2 cup blueberry
    3 tbls plain greek yogurt
    4 tbls honey
    1 pack gelatin
    1 lbs fresh strawberry

    1/2 cup walnuts
    1/2 cup almonds
    1/2 cup dates
    1 cup shreaded coconut


Do not add gelatin if you get it to hot.


In a food processor mix all nuts,dates and coconut together and blend to a fine crumb. Place crumb in a 9 inch tart pan and press down to form a crust on the tart pan.

In the food processor mix in ricotta,blueberries,yogurt,honey and pluse till smooth texture.

In a sperate pan heat up water and add gelatin till desolve and then add to mixture and pluse a few times to mix.

Add mixture to tart pan and let set for 3 hours to set.

Take strawberries and slice and arrange around tart pan till you get to middle where there is one whole strawberry put back into fridge and wait to sereve for dessert

Serving Size: makes 1 9 inch tart
