    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 17.65 oz
    Grapeseed Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 0.5 medium
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, sliced
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole, diced
    Prego Spaghetti Sauce, 1 cup


1. Season to taste the turkey. Heat 1 tbsp of grapeseed oil in pan, and then add turkey.
2. Once cooked in the majority, add in the onion and mushrooms.
3. Once the onions soften, add the tomatoes.
4.After 2-3 minutes, add the Prego. Simmer until the sauce reduces, so that the mixture is thick.
5. Serve over hamburger buns (not included in the recipe)
