Ingredients

    ground beef 80/20
    oinion
    mushrooms diced
    cilantro
    garlic herb seasoning
    salt pepper
    pam

Directions

Heat non-stick skillet on medium to medium high. Can use a little Pam, put in onions and mushrooms and part of the salt and pepper. Let the onions and mushrooms cook off for about 4 to 5 minutes, turning the heat down to medium or just below medium. Add the GROUND BEEF and make sure you cut into it with the spatula so it will break down the meat. Add Cumin. Mix and turn until all the meat is getting browned. Add cilantro and rest of salt/pepper. Once it is Browned, taste it to make sure you have enough spice for your liking. you can also add diced jalepenos if you like it spicy! Drain off fat and enjoy!
