Introduction

This is a nie dip I made while experimenting with different types of hummus. Perfect for dipping apples, celery, or as a spread on whole grain toast.

This is a nie dip I made while experimenting with different types of hummus. Perfect for dipping apples, celery, or as a spread on whole grain toast.

I am going ot try either peanut or almond butter next time

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    White Kidney beans (canelli)
    Tahini
    Molasses
    Olive oil
    Nutmeg
    Ginger (I used powder, because that is what I had on hand, I am sure candied or raw would be great)
    Cinammon

Directions

Rinse beans if canned. Add all ingredients to food processor. Blend until desired consitency is reached. Add spices. (To taste) blend some more. Enjoy!
