    Chile powder
    Coconut oil


In a plastic bag toss fillet(s) with spices)

Lightly grease pan with coconut oil (just enough to cover it) Heat it on medium or medium high

Place fish on pan. Cook it 2-3 minutes (or more) on each side until done.

Great with Bulgur, Brown rice, and veggies (or course) such as steamed spinach, kale, or asparagus, sweet potato...hmm HUNGRY! lol
