has red kidney beans with tomato's and onion. has red kidney beans with tomato's and onion.

    you will need

    1- 3 serving can of red kidney beans.
    1- medium onion chopped
    1-can of tomato sauce Del Monte or which ever you prefer.
    2 cup's of water
    salt to taste pepper if you like


you can freeze if you have extra have with crackers cornbread , great on nights you don't feel like cooking..


cook kidney beans until tender and onion for about 20 min's then add water and tomato sauce salt and pepper to taste if you like then boil on med to medium high for 10 mins stirring occasionally.
