    1 Avocado, cut in cubes (about 1 cup)
    2 Tomatoes
    1/4 cup of Cilantro (optional)
    2 cloves of Garlic
    1 Squash, raw
    1 Tsp Organic Maple Syrup
    1 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
    1 Cup red bell pepper, sliced
    1 Cup sliced onions (red onions are best)
    Sea Salt to taste


Works well as a side salad; serve chilled over whole wheat noodles; stuff in pita pocket. (**noodles and pita pocket provide additional calories)


Mix all ingredients in large bowl, blend well. Served chilled.
