Introduction

Easy recipe, i didn't have chicken breasts so, i made it with thighs that i removed the skin. Easy recipe, i didn't have chicken breasts so, i made it with thighs that i removed the skin.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp dried thym
    1 Tbsp drained capers
    4 cloves of garlic
    2 thighs or 3 breasts (no skin)
    1 lemon

Tips

I put in some small potatoes in the dish. Was very good.


Directions

Preheat the oven at 425. In an oven proof dish, put in the oil. Put in the chicken and move them around so they get oil all over. Spinkle on the thym.
Cut the garlic cloves in halves and put them around the chicken. Cut the lemon in 4 and put them around the chicken.
Put in the oven, uncovered for 25 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake uncovered for another 20 to 25 minutes.
Place the chicken in a plate, smash the garlic in the juices and pour on the chicken.
