    1 1/2 cup mashed banana
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/4 egg substitute
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 cup applesauce (no sugar)


Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon in a large bowl. Add banana, egg substitute, vanilla, and applesauce into bowl. Mix by hand until just moist (note: do not over mix). Pour into a 8 x 4 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes or until top is golden brown.
