Ingredients

    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 lg Egg
    1/2 cooked rice
    1 cup chopped fresh onion
    1 cup chopped fresh mushroom
    1 small dill pickle finely chopped
    1/2 cup Healthy Choice Pasta sauce

Tips

We serve this with a side dish of asparagus or spaghetti squash, my husband likes to have this with potatoes too.


Directions

Mix all ingredients together and press into an 8X4 pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour or until the edges are starting to brown well.
