    1.62 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
    2 pieces gluten free cornbread(crumbs), toasted or stale
    onion powder, salt, pepper, italain seasoning, and parmesan cheese.
    1/2 cup non-fat milk
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    salt and pepper


Make sure to make the crumbs fine enough to stick and not fall off.


Mix cornbread crumbs and seasonings together. Mix milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in bowl. dip chicken in milk mixture then into crumb mixture. Spray pan with Pam and place chicken on pan cook for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
