This recipe made a fish meal taste great - so says my wife who abhors anything from the ocean, sea, lake or stream, except shrimp.
It's a very versatile recipe that I am going to try with all sorts of fish. If my wife can't or won't eat it, she'll need something else and I will have more fish. - 3/5/10

Used haddock and adjusted recipe to work with what I had on hand - panko instead of breadcrumbs and not enough mushrooms. Sliced a few kalamata olives in half and laid them on the fish, added a few smashed a couple garlic cloves as well. No salt needed. This versatile recipe is a keeper. Thanks! - 10/30/12

I places sliced celery and carrots on the baking dish and placed the fish on top. I did not add the lemon, due to allergies, and did not add the bread crumbs. But I added enough mushrooms to cover the entire dish. Everyone LOVED it, and it is easy, quick and oh so yummy. thank you BRENNA_A. - 2/12/11

I haven't made this recipe yet but plan to tomorrow evening. I am going to use the Tilapia filets that I get at Costco. They are very moist. I plan to try the cooking on Celery tip also. Thanks for the idea. I also think I will cook the toppings first quickly in a fry pan before adding to fish. - 9/24/08
