    1 basa Swai fish Fillet
    3tsp Sesame Oil
    1/2 Tbsp Ground Ginger
    1 Tbsp Coconut oil
    1tbsp Butter
    1tbsp Pepper


Thaw your fish completely. As you thaw, melt the coconut oil and butter in your frying pan on med-high heat.

Place the fish in the frying pan and drizzle sesame oil over it, along with the ginger and pepper. (make sure to leave enough of the ginger and pepper for the other side.)

Fry on that side for about 3-5 minutes (or until crispy and golden brown) then repeat on other side.

Serving Size: 1 fish fillet
