Introduction

This mix provides about half of my daily requirement of fiber, but the mix of cereals tastes better than a fiber cereal alone. The variety of tastes and textures also makes it easier to eat this every morning without getting really tired of it. This mix lasts me about a week. On some weeks I substitute something else for the Honey Bunches of Oats, like Corn Bran or Honey Nut Cheerios. Ingredients

    8.0 cup Milk, nonfat
    4.0 cup (1 serving) Kellogg's Raisin Bran Cereal
    4.0 cup (1 serving) Wheat Chex Cereal
    2.0 cup (1 serving) Fiber One Cereal, original
    2.0 cup Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted Cereal

Directions

Just mix cereals together and serve with nonfat milk.
