    1 leek
    2 bulbs fennel
    1 Tbs fennel seed
    4 small potatos, cubed
    4 cups low sodium chicken stock
    1 cup water


In oil and butter saute leeks, fennel, and fennel seeds until soft about 6 minutes. Add chicken stock,water, potatos. Cook for another 12 minutes or until potatos are done.

Blend soup and serve.
