Ingredients

    1 large chicken breast (4oz)
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 cup sweet corn
1/2 cup canned mushrooms or 1 cup fresh
3 large or 4 smaller biscuits (raw dough from pre-cut canned biscuits)
    Seasoning to flavour

Directions

In crockpot, combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, milk, sweet corn, mushrooms and seasoning. (I used garlic salt and dried chicken stock).
Stir till they are all mixed together well.
Add chicken.
Cover and cook on high for two hours then turn down to low and continue cooking for another two hours stirring occasionally.
Towards the end remove the chicken and shred then return it to the crockpot and stir.
If the sauce is too thin you can mix a little cornstarch or flour with some water in a jug and add to the crockpot mixing well to thicken it.
At this stage take the biscuit dough and break off small pieces then roll them into balls (about 5 from each large biscuit or 4 from a smaller one).
Place in crockpot cover with a little sauce and let them cook for about 10 to 15mins.
Serve and enjoy!
