You can make this without meat if you want or add whatever veg 's you want. You can make this without meat if you want or add whatever veg 's you want.

    1. 2oz Chop Pork Roast or what ever meat you want
    2. 2oz Mixed Veg or Frozen or fresh
    Carrots/ Broccoli/ Caulflower.
    3. 2oz Brown Rice
    4. 1oz Tortillas shell or Soft taco


Chop up 2 oz meat, veg into small pieces, put aside.

Cook Brown Rice and rinse put aside.

In a fry pan spray with a No - stick cooking Spray.

Cook each ingredient till done. Add meat and cook till hot. all should be 2 oz when finished.

Heat up a soft taco shell in Micro waive put a little water on each side 1o sec one side 15 on the other side. Fill with filling, add Salsa, sour crean, onions and tomatoes all chopped if you want.

The rice takes the longest time and can be made a day ahead of time.

With all the ingredience of 2oz each it will make 3 servings.
